HOW THE ARMED RESPONSE WORKS

A user activates the mobile panic button via an app or smart device

The closest responder accepts the panic via a responder device

Trigger is a technology platform which enables users to access the closest vetted armed response vehicle to their location, anywhere in our covered locations, anytime using a connected device.

Trigger has partnered with over 180 independent Armed Response companies (largest by far in SA).

A crucial differentiator to highlight is that all our Armed Response partners are issued with a responder device (at our cost). Having this device in the vehicles enable us to provide a machine to machine dispatch service not using a call centre ie: a user hits the panic and the closest vehicle autonomously is dispatched (works like UBER). This results in extremely fast response times.
