Trigger has partnered with over 180 independent Armed Response companies (largest by far in SA) – with the crucial differentiator being that our Armed Response partners are issued with a responder device (at our cost).

Having this device in the vehicles enables Trigger to provide a machine to machine dispatch service not using a call centre ie: a user hits the panic and the closest vehicle is dispatched autonomously (works like UBER) – no need to place a call.

This results in extremely fast response times.

NETCARE911 will arrange for emergency medical evacuation to a suitable medical facility in the event of a medical emergency.

• A 24-hour Trauma Counselling line is available in the event of any traumatic event such as hijacking, burglary, motor accident, the loss of a loved one, school bullying, suicide, diagnosis of a chronic or life-threatening medical condition, etc.

• An uninterrupted, confidential and professional telephonic counselling facility is available to customers every day of the year. Should the counsellor determine a need for additional face-to-face counselling, the member will be directed to an appropriate trauma counselling centre.
